Returns  

Items purchased from 13 11 Shop are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Exchanges, however, can be offered for apparel sizing issues. To set up an exchange, please reach out via the Contact Us page, include your original order information and the size you'd like in your e-mail, and we'll take care of the rest! If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via the Contact Us form with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!
